Sandwiches are made to order. The best BLT I ever ate. Love the setting inside. Felt like I was at my mother's house
This is a great place for a coffee, snack or light meal. We like to get a coffee and pastry for a quick pick 'em up. And when we're going on a hike we stop in for wraps to take along. Servers are friendly and there is a good variety of pastry, sandwiches, and soups. On this trip we chose... More
We took a walk from the falls to check out this little coffee shop and were not disappointed. Having owned a coffee shop, my fiancé and I are pretty picky when it comes to our cups o' Joe. Back Country held its own, boasting a free-trade brand which tasted delicious. I also tried a butter croissant, which was delicious. Ditto... More
I wish owners wouldn't just think they can serve any baked good and they think the public will love it. Bad cinnamon rolls. presentation sad. overpriced from non tourist areas by $1-2.00 per item. Crazy!
Although we're starting to get fed up of pumpkin with everything we did enjoy the pumpkin cake. However the coffee was excellent and the service was very good. Why do we have to drink coffee from paper cups and eat with plastic cutlery in the US?
We had hot chocolate and apple- cranberry pie. The pie was Amazing!!!!! Just the best. We sat out in the sun in the Adirondacks. Very nice. I would go again to taste that pie.
Great for sandwiches to take on a hike if you are not sure to be going near a restaurant at lunchtime. Lots of choice, all made freshly to order.
We loved this bakery/cafe! We tried many things on the menu, and were happy with all of them! So happy, we went back and bought a loaf of bread to take home with us. Its a great find in a small town. The owners were lovely, and all who visited seemed so friendly. The food seemed local and fresh, and... More
We were here last year and came back this visit to find it was just as good as we remembered. This little cafe and bakery offers home baking goodies and lunch sandwiches served on bagels or English muffins. They offer a variety of coffees, teas, lattes and smoothies too. There is free wifi too. We were greeted warmly as we... More
Stopped here for lunch and the menu has something for everyone . Even the fussiest of eaters and vegetarians ! The hungarian mushroom soup was excellent and the river wrap was flavoursome . Would definitely go back .
