It's the best restaurant in NH. Everything is always fresh and delicious! You won't find a better or fresher selection of oysters anywhere in the area.

I live in New York City and despite that, Pearl is my favorite restaurant! We go there every time we are in New Hampshire and the crazy chicken and roll your owns are delicious! Good oysters, fresh food and a fun drink menu.

We have been here three times. Each time the food has been fabulous. The atmosphere is tight with bistro seating... Which is fine except when they are not busy they still seat you right next to someone else. The oyster selection is wonderful as ate the desserts. Service is excellent!

Tried oysters for the first time in my life (I know, right?) Wonderful! The waitress was knowledegable about beer and wine choices, helpful with the menu, and very friendly and kind. Interesting menu and all excellent. Oysters are a specialty. Great desserts. Full bar with very good selection of brands. My only complaint -- it is a long narrow room and very noisy. But the food and ambiance, otherwise, are worth a visit anyway.

They have great food and the best thing is they serve "consistently" good food. I've never had a bad dish there. Great cocktails too!

The fellow who shucks the oysters is kept very busy. It seems like every third party is having oysters. Six kinds every night and always fresh.
