The waiter didn't do one thing right, the cook messed up everything. With only 6 tables in the restaurant we waited 1 hour to receive the food The chicken caprese had a piece of chicken, maybe 2 oz, the arrugola salad had no dressing and no cheese and angel hair tasted like bland tomato purée Shrimp we're tough and pasta... Have you ever purchased a gift card for someone? If so, wouldn’t it be disheartening and embarrassing to find out that you spent your hard earned money on a gift card that under reasonable efforts is unusable? That happened to me in regards to Romano’s Macaroni Grill, and now their corporate office has refused to make things right. On December... More

You order a meal here, and the waiters shout it out to the kitchen, as if it were your kitchen and they were yelling at their family. I was not taken with this although the food isn't bad.

This is a place I enjoyed eating at when I used to work in the area, and I recently stopped in for lunch with my wife after not being here for a few years. The quality of the food wasn't the same. Most disappointing was the pasta milano, which used to be one of my favorite dishes. This time there... More

Food is ok, not great...best bet is pizza and the new 2 for $ 9 Tapas. The new fall menu offers a chicken cacciatore dish which isn't bad....but at $ 18.00 you can eat at a gourmet restaurant! Went, late afternoon, felt like we were bothering the help and the cooks. Better off going next door to Chile's for a... More

Seriously, Macaroni Grill is an excellent choice for kids or adults who are starving...it's not bad and its variety of favorites makes it even better, but it's not a place for dedicated foodies!

What can I say . . . it's a chain. Tastes nothing like homemade Italian food. Too salty, even the bread is salty. I would rather eat at home.

They even wrecked the salad by WAY over dressing it. Soup had WAY too much pepper. Worst lunch I think I have ever eaten. Will never return.

First of all, they forgot to give us the special season menu. The service was too slow even the kitchen and restaurant was not busy at all and full of empty tables. The dish were totally not our expect. I will never go there again. The other Romano's Macaroni Grill is much better than this one.

Been here many times through the years and after my last experience decided not to go back. The menu changed and the food was very basic. Not real Italian food!
