The food is supreme in taste and quality! A favorite dinner is the gigantic matzo ball soup followed by a turkey and brisket sandwich that's enough for 5 people to share. The very large menu offers such a variety of things to order. There is also complimentary pickle bar with health salad and rye bread. My children also love this... More

We had a great breakfast at Harold's. We were warmly greeted as we entered the restaurant and seated promptly. These was slow service after we got our juice and coffee. It took 15 minutes to have the waiter take our food order. The breakfast did come out quickly. I had the Taylor Ham, Cheese and Egg sandwich. It was gigantic.... More

When you order a sandwich you get a one side of the cow. If you order the X-Large you get the whole cow. It is truly an amazing deli with Extra, Extra, Extra large servings. It is the best of a traditional deli, with great service and the Pickle Bar. Every time I’m in the Edison area I have to... More

My daughter brought our families to Harold's to celebrate my belated birthday. The quantity of food is overwhelming, and it's all delicious. I guarantee that you will bring home leftovers unless you can eat like my Son-in-law. I honestly don't know where he puts all that food.

Always a good 'go to' place with a group of people. Huge portions, unlimited bread & pickle bar (which is very good), and attentive service. As many have already said, "be prepared for leftovers". Only downside is be prepared to wait if you see tour buses in the parking lot.

I can't say enough good things. Harold's is amazing! I split a 2-meat sandwich (brisket and corned beef) with two colleagues and there was still some left over on the plate. The pickle bar was excellent. Service was on point, and as a special treat that we never really get as far south as we live, the prices were very... More

We visited this place on a Saturday night. It is correct what everyone else is saying, the portions are HUGE! We indulged ourselves to the pickle bar - loved it! If I am in NJ - Edison area, will definitely go again, would like to try more food from their menu. The prices are really high!

OK...yes, we saw it on FoodTV and yes we were in the area and yes we had to put it on our itenerary....it's exactly what we expected....huge portions, huge prices....lots of leftover which isn't a good thing if you don't have a refrigerator in your car!! -- So.... This isn't a case of "be careful what you wish for"...it's a... More
