Now I've been to both College Town area Greek Restaurants in Ithaca, and this one I will never go back to. Atmosphere: Old and ugly, seating is claustrophobic. Booth table was exceptionally narrow, and I felt like the people across from me were in in front of my nose the whole meal, which is fine if your in love, not... More

A classic place to eat in Ithaca, although I've lived here for 26 years, and just recently went there for dinner. I had the classic Gyro - however, they don't make it with Lamb. They make it out of thinly sliced ground beef, that looks just like the lamb you would expect. It was pretty good - although it didn't... More

The lunch special is a good value for money. And otherwise too, they are reasonably priced. One advice, don't go for the plates - they come with too much salad which you wont be able to finish.

This place was here thirty plus years ago (it was half the size). I think the same family still runs it but it's a little different. Have ordered the chicken souvlaki pita a couple of times and that by itself is plenty of food. Haven't tried the pizza recently but it was excellent a long time ago. Have done the... More

The greek specialties are good, but recommend staying away from the italian items - this is not the place for meatballs or parmigiana.

Our meals came with Greek salad. We were given a generous family size bowl of salad filled with fresh lettuce tomatoes, feta and olives. It was fantastic. We were also served garlic bread sticks. I had eggplant with three ravioli on top. The meal with salad was $12.95. You could get ala' carte items, but most meals were around $12.... More

The greek salad is fabulous,! Highly recommended! The Egg Plant Parmesan is SUPER FABULOUS! Non-greasy- it is cooking at its best. Tried Egg Plant Parm in more expensive restaurants in Manhattan etc and NON COULD BEAT Soulvaki House.

The variety on their menu is impressive. Prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! I ordered pizza the last time we went and it was quite possibly the tastiest pizza I've had in awhile.

When I attended Cornell in the early 80s, my friends and I ate here all the time and loved their pizza. Same family owns it today. Pizza and Greek salad brought back very fond memories. Very very casual.
