Went there with my husband for a business dinner from Cornell. It is exactly what you can expect from a college bar/pizza place. Service is a little slow for large groups, you would think they are use to large groups being so close to campus. The food was good, and they even had highchairs for my daughter!!

Been there a few times, really great pizza. Favorite is the veggie. Good price, friendly services, cheap beer!

Only problem is that they take wayy too long to get it, even if there are not many customers around.

This is the best pizza in Ithaca! The deep dish is amazing, the environment is relaxing and interesting, and the service is good for a busy collegetown restaurant/bar. They have a great beer selection and a great line-up of live bands.

Literally. Walked out after 20 minutes. Hardly any help and it was Cornell orientation - you'd think they'd have been expecting a crowd at lunch time.

I returned to Ithaca with my family after 30 years...had to go back to The Nines for pizza. We had a great time watching the charming dysfunction of the waitstaff. We got two waiters to affirm that the garlic powder does, in fact, smell like "dentist office". Life is good in Ithaca, just as I remember.

The Nines has a fun atmosphere and is a great place to visit with friends to have good pizza. I went to a birthday party here and it was a great location for a large group of people.

Up in college town, with a nice outdoor terrace onto the street to watch the student parade... Pizza is OK, but often the wait is looooooong, so be warned.

Sadly, I will probably not ever go to The Nines again or ever recommend it to anyone. Although I like the atmosphere and the pizza, all the many other comments here about the abysmal quality of service at this restaurant are not an exaggeration. We came in for a lunch during a weekday, and we were pretty much the only... More

Possibly the best pizza in Ithaca if you like deep-dish, definitely one of the best deep-dishes I've ever had. I've heard that the wings are also very good, but I've never had them. I also can't really comment on the regular service, because I avoid the restaurant when it is packed with college students and have only gone during breaks... More
