Always great! The ceviche was excellent, and service was great. The pollo a la brasa was amazing. Had a pisco sour best one I have had since being in Peru. I can not wait to get back in Newburgh so I can come again

You know that a restaurant is good when the local people who share that heritage are there for dinner, especially on a mid-week night. My dining companion, fluent in Spanish, and I were here on a Thursday night. We give it four stars because of the huge array of choices in every step of the meal, the generous portions (arrive... The food is excellent here - the chicken especially. Home cooked with nice peruvian flavors. Doesn't disappoint!

I've been reading the reviews here for maybe 2 years, somehow never could get over to Newburgh (we live in Delaware county, formerly from Manhattan). I so miss ethnic eateries since leaving the city. And, I adore ceviche. The ceviche here is outstanding... a portion so huge it's almost too much for 2 people and has the added surprise of... More

We returned for another dinner at this little restaurant in the heart of the city, and once again we were not dissapointed. Tonight I choose the Escabeche de Pescade....oooooh the aju panca sauce was wonderful and the grilled fish smothered in onions. MY FAV! My friend chose the Arroz con Maeiscos, the Peruvian Style Paella. A load of fish and... More

My husband and I were looking for some place new to try and came accross the website for this place. Their online menu looked good so we decided to give it a try. We had the house special whole chicken and it was delicious! Be warned though it comes with A LOT of food! If you are only two people... More

Who knew you could get such great food in Newburgh, NY? I tried Machu Pichu with my husband and another couple last weekend. It's a nice simple space. There's a bar out front and most of the tables are in the back. You have to walk by a big chicken roaster to get into the table area. Oh Wow! What... More

We went to Machu Picchu with a group of about 11. The food was delicious. The portions are humongous. We got the whole chicken & shared it betweek 2 people...but really about 3 could've shared that meal. The only complaint we had was that it smelled of an egg smell. Almost as if they had mopped the floors with an egg... More
