Ate here for a business diner. Food was acceptable, but very plain in taste and presentation. Waiter sold us on a bottle of wine with a charity attached. Failed to ask, but he did not offer to tell us it was $140 a bottle.

We've been guests of the Black & Blue since they opened and have never been disappointed. The food and service is always fantastic! We look forward to every visit. As always Charlie does it right It's why we continue go to all his resaurants any time we are looking for good food and excellent service.

We were invited to attend a Graduation dinner at this restaurant and it was a great surprise. The food was exceptional, good wine selection and a very accommodating staff. I'd go back there on a regular basis if I lived in Rochester. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
