We have been going to Gannon's for years. Never been disappointed. Everything is excellent - shakes (peanut butter -- yum!), flurries, soft serve, hard ice cream. You can't go wrong!

If you like Ben & Jerry's, you will love this place. It has a very large selection of homemade ice cream which makes it hard to choose from. We lived not far from there and the kids always asked for some Gannon's......if they had behaved that day a short walk down the street they had the best ice cream in Syracuse. We now live to far to walk but we still make it our treat.

This ice cream is sooooooooooooooo great on a summer day.The staff is very friendly and fast. Everything is great here. I get my ice cream to go,and go down to Websters Pond and watch the ducks swim ;and eat my cream!!!!!

I like the store in the Valley the best. It's a great place to take the kids for great pics of enjoying ice cream. The inside is painted with colorful murals of ice cream friends. The picnic tables are painted too! My kids love it.

Friendly service and always enjoy everything I try at Gannons. They have a wide variety of flavors and ice cream options. Parking can be tough on warm summer evenings!

This place is the best place to indulge in homemade ice cream. My favorite is the raspberry chocolate. This ice cream is so thick and rich you can almost chew it! Yum!

This place has awesome decor throughout the building, someone had a really awesome imagination. The service was gross no one changed there gloves even after they handled the money. The Ice Cream was bomb though! I would go back but make them change gloves.
