A great place (a bit pricey) for an extra special night out. Wide menu and extensive wine selection. During peak season reservations are undoubtedly a must, but if caught without the wait is worth it.

We dine here several times each summer and the service is always very good and the food is excellent. We have never been disappointed!
This is my first negative review, but the Blowing Rock Grille earned it. We chose this restaurant because it seemed least crowded on a busy Saturday afternoon. We chose poorly. The service was forgetful, haphazard, unapologetic, and unwelcoming. I understand the kitchen was busy, but the waitress didn't seem concerned that we waited 45 minutes for sandwiches and didn't bother...

Had lunch here with a friend recently. Service was great. Food was very good. Will definitely return.
Service was good and food was great. I had hamburger w/ fries. Hamburger was thick and cooked well with lettuce, two slices of tomato, cheese and mushrooms on a toasted bun priced at about $ 10.00. Most other plates are in the $ 20.00 range.
After church, it is wonderful to come here and enjoy a great brunch! Their omelets are great and very reasonably priced. We have a food allergy and require a gluten free meal. This restaurant has a server with the same problem so they are very flexible and supportive in substituting items on the menu and fixing special dishes. They also...

This a very good restaurant that was able to quickly and flawlessly accommodate our food allergies request. Service was impeccable and portion size was very good. Food was very tasty and everyone on our table enjoyed their food (ages 4 thru 71) which is rare ! Highly recommended
I ordered the vegetable soup (nothing special) and a side salad (excellent). The rest of our party ordered the vegetable plate - plenty of food. The okra, black beans, & smashed potatoes were very tasty. The green beans tasted like they were out of a can. Service was excellent. Will definitely come back.
Food is good but the service has gone down. Also very pricey and they no longer are open for breakfast. Once had the best Strawberry Muffins around but no longer sell them.
We loved this place! We sat outside and had the super cheese sandwich and the Reuben sandwich...super! Service was excellent and food superb. We will return!
