Being a local, I have visited Kojay's for years. The drinks are good, and the cranberry butter bars they serve are riduclously good, but one thing always sticks out to me and makes me nervous about going in there....the staff is never very friendly. You sometimes have to work pretty hard to coax a smile out of them, and it... More

The food is typical cafe food. You have sandwiches, wraps, grilled cheese, salads, coffee and you standard pastries. It was good. Nothing less and nothing more. The one positive of this restaurant is that it was the easiest option with 2 small children. The line was not as long as other restaurants, but still very crowded. However, we were there... More

Expected more after reading some reviews. Food was good, but choices were limited, nice atmosphere and decor.

Great place to grab a cup of joe and meet up with friends. I had a delicious cup of cappuccino. They do serve light breakfast and lunch fare.

My husband and 3 small girls stopped in here to get some hot chocolate after playing in the snow at the park. The staff was very warm and friendly! They even made sure my girl's hot chocolate was the perfect warm temperature. The croissants and muffins were yummy!

Kojay's has good coffees and lattes and nice baked goods. You can also get food there that is tasty. They've made a little niche for themselves in Blowing Rock.

They had almost no selection out for desserts, but what they did have looked fresh. We got rocky road brownies, they were a bit too sweet, but paired well with coffee. We were here in an off season, i'm sure they are better prepared in the busy times.

The staff was very pleasant and the food was very, very good. The chicken salad sandwich is more spucy than traditional chicken salad, but really good. I loved the atmosphere also, so quaint.

I stopped by Kojay's on a cold and drizzly Wednesday looking for a hot beverage with some companions. We got a ham and Swiss pastry, a lg mint mocha, lg hot chocolate, and lg sweet tea for 12 dollars. My companion said her pastry was one of the best things she's put in her mouth. Service was friendly and quite... More

This is the nicest place for a great quiche or muffin. Not far from the Homestead Inn. Maple Pecan Coffee was a favorite of ours. Also make great sweet rolls!
