My partner and I have been eating at Mint ever since they first opened up a new location in Boone (their main location is located in Chapel Hill). It's fantastic, lunch time is my favorite time to eat here because you get the buffet at a very good price. I like having a little bit of variety, and they always... More

The food is very good and the service is very attentive. The dining area is a little dark. I would eat here again .

Great ambiance, food and service in this Indian restaurant. We were served quickly and the dishes were very good. The servers were very attentive to us. A little pricey but worth it.

I am not usually a buffet guy but I am an Indian food guy so as a way to taste as much as possible at Mint in took in the lunch buffet. The decor is very smart and the aroma that hits you at the door says "good things are about to happen". I started with the tomato soup and found... More

My husband and I have eaten at Mint since they opened last year. We have been for their lunch buffet – which is a great value – and their dinner service and each and every time their food is wonderful and their service is consistently fantastic. It was because of this combination that we decided to have our wedding rehearsal... More

I am from Greensboro and have been dining at Saffron, Mint's sister restaurant, for years. My friends and I, just like many Boone locals, would crave fantastic Indian food so badly we would drive to Greensboro just to eat at Saffron. When I heard the same owners were opening Mint, I thought it must have been a rumor that was... More

For a nice change from the same old same old, Mint is an excellent choice. The food is authentic, the service excellent. At lunch, there is a buffet for $9 per person featuring a nice array of Indian entrees, appetizers, and salads. There's even a nice little fennel-based munchie on the way out which is a traditional digestive snack in... More

Consistent, clean, upscale yet casual, this is a favorite spot in Boone for my friends and myself. All You Can Eat is nice, but sometimes I'd rather order a meal for lunch if I had the option. There is no such thing as an empty water glass here, almost to a fault - and the mimosa's at brunch on Sunday... More
