It's convenient and more than passable for a large group. Do not, I repeat do not be fooled in to thinking the chefs table is a good idea. You can't see anything you'd want to, it's actually quite cold, and the noise is unbearable! It's a good idea but not executed well.

Service was very prompt and knowledgeable, and the food was excellent! We had dinner before a concert and had speedy but efficient ordering, service, and payment. We especially liked their desserts....

The salmon burger was wonderful. It was hand-pattied. Great white bean hummus. Great service. The decor is really nice. The manager was attentive and greeted guests, even at lunch!

Especially great to sit where you can view the kitchen. It's almost like being a a live recording of a food show. They have tones of great things, but my favorite...the chicken & goat cheese flatbread pizza. I go out of my way just to get that pizza to go!

My dinner at Aria Tuscan Grill was fabulous from beginning to end. I thought dining alone might be awkward, but my waitress was attentive and helpful without being solicitous. My glass of Rompicollo, a blend of red Italian wines, was delightful, as was the fresh, sizable ciabatta roll accompanied by flavorful white beans in olive oil as delicious as the... More

Great early week meal in uptown Charlotte. We had a wonderfully leisurely meal here. Great, attentive service without hovering over us. Our waiter appeared when needed, made great recommendations ( try the caramelized gnocchi appetizer!) and made the evening even nicer. Appetizers, main courses, drinks, dessert and coffee ran $220, including tip.

Its delicious. Period. Check it out. The bread they serve with the meal comes with beans. Never had it before but was definitely an interesting spread.

The food and ambience at Aria was some of the best Italian I have experienced in NC. There was a good mixed crowd when we had dinner around 8:30 and the service was very prompt and attentive (maybe a little too hurried). We started off with the Caprese salad and the caramelized gnocchi for the antipasti course and both were... More

I really enjoy this restaurant for lunch. The express lunch really hits the spot--three small (but delicious) courses at a really reasonable price and guaranteed to fit into a lunch hour. Just can't beat that. Also been here for business lunch, and the atmostphere works well for that purpose too.

Went with a big work group of 10 - the clams were outstanding as well as the scallops. I had a great bottle of wine and wish I could remember the name. I would go back next time I am in Charlotte.
