We read the reviews but decided to try it anyway. Had a great lunch. The clam baskets were very good, pulled pork sandwich was above average, and scallops were very good. Service was outstanding and the view is spectacular. We will go back!

I love sitting outside here and sharing a bucket of coronas. As far as the food goes, their bar food is ok, their meals are not worth the money. Go for a drink and a snack and enjoy their great location!
My wife and I were on the Outer Banks for a wedding and we were having breakfast in a local pancake house and there was a guy at the table in front of us with a lime green T-Shirt that caught my attention. I wrote down the name and we had a late lunch at The Sunset Grille and we...

Stopped here for lunch while staying at the Outer Banks and glad we did. The she crab soup was great and we also enjoyed the shark bites. Service was very good and we really enjoyed the view of the sound. We will come back here again!
We went our first night for dinner and drinks. Prices were very high for the area so we just ended up have drinks and appetizers. The drinks were great and come in souvenir glasses. We ended up making it our mission to have a full set of glasses before we left. Jennifer at the bar accomodated this quest practically every...

Four of us went for breakfast a couple days ago. The service was good and the view was great. Being right on the Sound is a great benefit. The watteress was willing to get us anything needed but it seemed that they were not sure what to have on the table. I would go back again though.
We ate breakfast there and had an amazing view of the sound and a delicious breakfast. Coffee was better than average too. Breakfast selections were good portions and good options. Wasn't very crowded for breakfast either which made for a nice quiet option.
Just returned from dinner and have to warn those who might think this is a good place to eat in Duck, NC. Appetizers were cold, clam chowder was served warm and the the single order of she crab soup was practically uncooked. All the entrees were barely warm at best, veggies under-cooKed, and the potatoes were cold. Children's meals (chicken...

This place looked "touristy" to us, which usually means disappointing food--and we were right. We heard from the locals that it was kind of "hit or miss"--the night we tried it, it was a "miss." The She-crab soup had a few tiny pieces of crab smothered in too much thick, gloppy cream flour, and butter, with the butter refusing to...
