Great food. Most entrees are familiar but are done in a unforgettable way. Wonderful and knowledgable staff. Worth the trip to Highlands just to dine here!

This restaurant excels in food, service and ambiance. One of my favorites! Had the halibut wrapped in banana leaf with steamed vegetables, saffron rice, side of banana and mango chutney. What a delicious treat. Jeremey is a wonderful server and so knowledgeable and helpful about entrees and wine. The owner, Marty, knows what it takes to run a great restaurant.

Don't miss dining here...there is nothing not to like. Kale salad with roasted garlic, a flavor explosion. I had the tile fish special that was just so good. My husband had the Ribeye. Creative menu, wonderful wines. A little noisy sometimes for easy conversation but all in all a good local dining experience

This is the best meal i have had in years. We walked from our inn under the stars, had a delicious meal and walked back. It was a special night. Steak does not get any better than this.

We were pleased with the menu selections and the wine list. The food was delicious and the service was wonderful. We were glad our hosts at the Mountain Laurel Rest recommended this restaurant. Easy to find and easy parking.
