Enjoyed the food previous times that we ate here. Nice menu. However, the last time we visited Fressers our waitress forgot to give our order to the kitchen. We have not been back.

For $93, we feel like we were robbed! We are not picky eaters but the Trout Almondine was soggy and fishy tasting, squash casserole was awful and the seasoned grits terrible. My husband's Greek chicken with vegetables over rice had a strange taste. Even the peach crisp with icecream was tasteless and anything but "crisp". Don't waste your time or...

Excellent bruch!! Now I've tried dinner. Nice variety. Casual setting. Wish more people found this place. It's wonderful!
A male friend and I decided to eat here, due to other places being booked. I ordered their Basil Chicken Salad which I had had before, it didn't taste right. The service was OK. It is a cute place, just need consistency.
couldn't believe one of my favorites was such a disappointment for sunday brunch. was so excited about going back after a year of not visiting Fressers, but will not go again. waitress dropped and broke wine glass on table in front of my five year old. realize accidents happen, but waitress was really out of it - we did not...

I realize I am slow to respond to this review but it has bothered me since the first time I read it.
There are a few points I would like to make. 1. The manager on duty had no idea of the mishaps that occured. 2. If we don't know there is a problem we can't fix it. 3. It...

I ate at Fressers along with 20 or so other motorcyclists from the RoadRunner Rally which was being held in Maggie Valley in July 2012 on 2 separate occasions. Excellent food and service. AND GREAT DESSERTS! The staff was great, too and took very good care of us. Highly recommended.
I have a home in Highlands. This is the first year I have eaten at Fressers. Just had the Fried Green Tomato Caprese. GREAT. The salmon special is great and hoy can enjoy the wine. Great place for a family. Don't miss Jammin with James on Monday evenings.
This place is very cute, but the food is just so-so. My salad was not tasty at all. Bitter letucce. They fixed me another one, and still it was not good - tomatoes were not fresh, the dressing was sour and sturchy. I hope they will improve because I like the interior.
We stopped here after visiting the Bascom garden show. Service was attentive and nonobtrusive. Had a delicious lobster+crab cake on top of a house salad ($20). I also liked that the restaurant is a strong supporter of the American Cancer Society (selling bracelets and bookmarks on behalf of the ACS). Also, the decorations (including a jazz-playing cat and a sassy...

Had my first nuts & seeds salad. Very different and wonderful. The price was also right. Good place for lunch and the service was very good. The boss / chef stops by to ask you how you like the food and service. Good touch! If we are back in town, would stop back in to try another tasty treat.
