Enjoyed diner at Awful Arthur's. island ambiance, great sea food, especially the boiled shrimp. Service was fast and friendly given the place was packed on a Wednesday night. Well worth a visit!

Really neat little bar right across from the beach. The food is great, hush puppies were fresh and very good. I'm not a fan of seafood so I had chicken tenders and they were good. Two people with me got the crab burgers and raved about them! I recommend for a quality meal and very decent prices!
We have been to Awful Arthur's twice. It was very good both times. I love their oysters. Our daughter and son-in- law love their crab bisque soap

We have been going here for 30 years. Now that we live in KDH we still go to sit at the bar a have raw or steamed oysters. Great seafood specials and the lobster and crab bisque is awesome. Kill Devil Cocktail is always a good way to start a visit.
Ate there twice & although quite crowded, the seafood was fantastic. Sevice at the bar was fun; bunch of wild & crazy dudes behind the bar shucking oysters & entertaning the guests with humor...fun place!
we have eaten here before. Good food and service. Price a little high but worth it. Husband had tuna and was very pleased. I had crab cake sandwich that was very good.
Overpriced, no presentation, bland, mediocre service. I have nothing good to say, so I won't say anything else.

The toppings were not much to choose from....

We went for oysters and a couple beers. We sat upstairs and had a great view of the beach and pier. The bartenders were very friendly. I enjoyed the time and the restaurant was as good as ever.
