We ate here with a group after the Kentucky Derby. The food was very good, atmoshpere was good and our waiter, Ken, was wonderful.

We go to Kelly's frequently because you can always be assured of a delicious meal, and the surroundings are comfortable and elegant. Beginning with the homemade bread and a wonderful salad followed by a tasty entree, you can't go wrong. Kelly's is consistently good. If you've got room, the appetizers and desserts are splendid.

My family has eaten at Kelly's every trip to the OBX for over 20 years. It is our favorite restaurant in the area. If you go, make sure you try one of their sweet potato biscuits, and their house salad dressing!

happened upon this restaurant one evening on our trip. Sure glad we did. The service was great and food was even better. The gulf shrimp was wonderful. I spent the rest our trip trying to find better shrimp but none could compare.
