What a great place, It now qualifies as famous but it has maintained its quality and relaxed atmosphere. It is one of those rare places that combines excellent food, superb staff, and beautiful location.

This small restaurant with an understated exterior is very good indeed. Fantastic food, great views and attentive and charming service. The dishes are both innovative and traditional. I cannot speak more highly of this small gem.
We have been visting the Outer Banks for over 10 years and have only started to venture out and try new places over the last 2 years. This is one place that I am so happy we found. Read the reviews on Trip advisor and decided to go as an adult only night with another couple. Made reservations a few...

I should point out that if you are going because this place was on Guy's Diner's, Drive-In's, and Dives, then don't. I love that show, but this place is way above most places he visits (and the prices reflect that). Do come for a tapas-like meal with wonderful food, great service, and waterside dining.
The portions are small (again, tapas-like)...

We ate at this wonderful restaurant for the first time two nights ago. What a great addition to the OBX dining scene. First things first. This is a TINY place. There are literally five tables and room at the bar for about 6 or 7 people. They do have outdoor seating, but being the outer banks, don't count on the...

Wow what a gem. We read that Brine and Bottle was the Yelp first place restaurant in Nags Head in 2012 so we thought we would try it. It is well worth the drive in South Virginia Dare Highway near the bridge to Manteo. We stopped in on Tropical Storm Andrea Friday night and were able to sit at the...

We has small plates of the house fried pickles, the soft shell crabs (two small ones) and a huge spinish salad and the mahi-mahi entree. All were outstanding as was the strawberry coblber. The wine list is a little expensive but does have a number of choices. Seating inside is limited, only seven tables or so. Some outside seating but...

As frequent visitors to the Outer Banks, we're always looking for a new experience. There are lots of excellent restaurants here, and our latest find is Brine and Bottle. We arrived early and enjoyed a beer and a wine cocktail, then we were seated on time for our 7:45 reservation. While we were waiting to be seated we enjoyed watching...

We followed the lead of Guy Fieri, host of Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives on the Food Network. Bacon jam, soft shell crab, lamb chops and beef tenderloin were absolutely fabulous. Our kids were so jealous that we are ordering and shipping the bacon jam online at www.thebrineandbottle.com. Don't forget to order the strawberry cobbler with dinner. Absolutely delicious!
Another reviewer nailed it. This, to me, is like the Hamptons/Montauk/NYC w/o the BS pretensiousness. Fantastic place. Thx David, Laura... Also chatted up a very friendly couple that sat next to us... NC, u had me at Mahi Mahi with strawberries....
