We enjoyed a lovely lunch at Dajio's. The hostess and waitress were very friendly and helpful. Food was fresh and the fish was fresh-caught. We ate in the brick patio in front of the restaurant--landscaping gave it privacy and a quiet setting. Highly recommended. Locals were eating there and that's always a good sign.

From the service to the food everything was wonderful and well worth a visit! Dajio is on our must-do list for Ocracoke.

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The only reason it did not get a rice star was one of our meals was over cooked. Being a steak could not be redone. The other three meals were excellence. We were surprised to fine such a nice restaurant in a small town. Had patio seating as well.
