We have been to this attractive restaurant twice, both times we were seated in a booth that overlooks the dining floor, which I highly recommend for the view and to minimize noise of other diners in the fairly closely packed mian dining floor. To get these tables, you have to come early. 18 Seabord has a limited menu, but what... More

Spent a few weekdays in Raleigh and went to TripAdvisor to see what there was in the way of restaurants. There are 700+ restaurants. I picked the subject of this review for dinner. There is a saying in Customer Service, or rather a law. For any service (or restaurant) there are three aspects. Service, Price, and Quality of the Product.... More

We have enjoyed eating here many times and are always delighted by the rotation of menu and by the accommodating service. Particularly appreciate the integration of NC products into the offerings. Relaxing atmosphere, take your time and enjoy!!

On a recent May weekend day to celebrate the graduation of our son from one of the local universities were able to reserve a table at 18 Seaboard. This establishment was very fitting for the occasion and I would recommend for special occasion's, however the price of the food was reasonable for the quality, decor, etc. Erin was a primary... My husband and I ate here on a Friday night. We were lucky to dine early, giving us the whole rooftop dining area to ourselves. It was very romantic. Despite us being the ONLY ones up top, or waitress was at our table repeatedly to answer questions, fill our needs, and made us feel like her ONLY guests. We started... More

We went to several restaurants in our visit to Raleigh. 18 Seaboard was the best by far ! The atmosphere is extremely relaxing and comfortable in every way. We started with the wood fire Lamb Belly--Delicious !!! Followed by Cracklin Pork Shank and the wood fire scallops and shrimp. Unbelievable flavor , You get 2 chef's compliments with every dish,... The service and food were fab--our entire group was thrilled, and we were an usually large number for one seating.

Good dinner. Had the pork shank with blue cheese grits. Lovely. Tender pork and lots of blue cheese. Easily would return.

The family wedding party was at this restaurant, and what can I say but this place is outstanding. Catering to a large party is a feat in it self but these people seem to make a breeze of it. The staff dealing with the mayhem made it seem like a walk in the park.

Had dinner here for a special occasion, reservations recommended as the place was full the entire time we were there. Intimate feel, even though the ceilings are really high. Every member of the staff is courteous and goes above the call of duty. Special one bite appetizer and dessert brought out, compliments of the chef. Fried green tomatoes were among... More
