Had dinner here while staying in Cheticamp at Albert's Motel, right across from the restaurant. It was very quiet, end of September, but the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We had had so much seafood by then, that the chicken stew we ordered was a delicious alternative. The ladies in their Acadian dress and accent were just a delight...

This restaurant is nothing fancy but the food is for real. It is well worth the visit if you like local foods. We had dinner, but you might like it for lunch as well.

I tried a cup and noticed a large reddish-brown chunk in the middle. At first I thought it was a piece of French bread, but when I finally tasted it, I found out it...
