We love this place. We go a few times a year. The food is delish, their basil margarita is a classic and the family owned operation gives an instant feel of being at home. Nadia is charming and welcoming as is her mom. When coming to Mexico you get this feeling if being in a traditional Mexican courtyard with traditional... More

Of all the places we ate at in Punta Mita, this was our biggest disappointment. We really felt it was an overpriced tourist trap. Nice people, interesting space but very expensive for very average cuisine.

We were surprised by the transformative experience by walking through the doors at Casa Theresa. One minute you are in a not so nice neighborhood, and the next second you are in a romantic Italian Villa. The owners are Italian (by way of Canada), so the food is very authentic and very good. The service was very personable and attentive.... More

You are driving up to this restaurant and you wonder "where are they taking me?"- dusty run down street. Then you enter through the door and you are transported to the courtyard of an Italian Villa- you really feel like you are in Italy. You are immediately greeted by Nadia, who makes you feel like at home. You admire the... More

We can't wait to return! We could get all meals included at The Four Seasons but we'd rather eat a few nights at the amazing Casa Teresa.

This was a real adventure! First of all, the restaurant is on a very rundown street. When we arrived, there was a goat standing on the wall behind the restaurant. We were greeted very enthusiastically by Teresa, who treated us as though we were guests in her home... which we were, actually. The decor is very unusual; I wish I... More

My husband and I ate at Casa Teresa while on our honeymoon and it was amazing. It's hard to believe you are in Mexico while dining here. The courtyard atmosphere is so charming and idelic. The service was also very good and personal. My husband ordered the 15-layer lasagna. There are no words. The pasta was soft; probably the best... More

We decided to go to Casa Teresa last minute and found, like the other reviewers stated, good food and an enchanted atmosphere. What we weren't prepared for was the price. With no menu posted outside, we really didn't know what we were getting ourselves into until we sat down. What we found were simple pasta dishes all in the 250... More
