This grilled cheese restaurant is amazing!! It is very loud inside and seems a little daunting at first but the food it GREAT! and the portions are huge. You cannot leave hungry. The staff is so friendly. My Mother has some sodium restrictions and they were very helpful. We loved the crab cakes and shared sandwiches so we could try... More

The restaurant was packed, and we had a group of about 10. The problem was that the restaurant only had one table for large groups, and it was already in use. We waited about half an hour until the restaurant pushed a couple round tables together, which was less than ideal. We then had to wait about 20 minutes to... More

Got "Melt" off tripadvisor for Rock&Roll Hall of Fame trip. Five minutes from our hotel (Red Roof). Parking available in front of facility. On Sunday evening greeted & seated no problem. Chose to sit inside vs outside patio. Inside is hall style open concept for all - young & old - coming & going the whole time we were there.... More

The place was packed. Good sign. My husband ordered the Vegetarian 3 bean chili and a Falafel melt. I ordered the BBQ Chicken melt. Each came with a heaping and I mean heaping mound of fries. Too bad they were cold. No biggie because the sandwiches were absolutely huge. They also came with a sweet slaw, which neither of us... More

My hubby saw this place on Food Network, so when we were headed through Cleveland on our way to Pa, we decided to go here when we stopped for the night. The place is cute. You know all those assorted plastic Christmas lawn lamp things that your parents had? This is where they go when they die. They get lit... More

This restaurant is an experience. I could never eat here on a regular basis, but it was fun to try it. I did feel a little guilty, though. The sandwiches here - although delicious - are a heart attack on a plate. They're bad for you in every way imaginable. Plus, there's so much food! I only ate half of... More

If you have a big big appetite go to Melt. Seriously. I could not finish my sandwich. In fact nobody at our table finished anything. I had the Purple Parma. It was good, but I have had better eggplant sandwiches. My son had the Big Popper. It was huge and so HOT he did not finish it. His girlfriend had... More

The Prime Melt was GREAT! Plenty of fries and slaw. A bit noisy with all the chatter ... Service and Food were very good and would go back for more. Good parking and good location.
