A treat in the beautiful Ohio countryside. All you can eat, comfort food, delicious for a very reasonable price. This is a great family, the youngest daughter gave pony cart rides, the dad did a house tour.

I was amazed at the quality and prices of food! The bread is amazing and under $1.50 ( depending on size/type). They had homemade frozen pie shells and frozen uncooked pies if you had to travel with them. The cream sticks are huge! (Check out the pic I posted w/a credit card on top to show size) and around $1.15!... More

This place is simply amazing. They have the best fresh bread and huge yummy cinnamon rolls. They also have animals (who have always looked healthy to me) so it's a great family stop.

Hersheberger's has a large variety of baked good and also other Amish foods, including cheese, fudge, noodles, chips, fresh made kettle corn, canned goods and nuts. We always enjoy going there when we are in Holmes County. They also have a large barn with animals that can be fed and petted, and a huge Belgian horse named Ben. Sometimes there... More

I read some earlier reviews about the puppies being sickly and uncared for. I am an animal lover. I don't like puppy mills, but when we entered the room the Amish girl was cleaning the pens and grooming the puppies. They were adorable and looked well fed. The one building has hand made unique items. . The other building has... More

I drive two hours simply to get one of their fried pies! Great place for families with kiddos. Lots to see, do, etc. Very kid-friendly! And did I mention the fried pies??? Best ones I've ever had...flaky crust and yummy icing on top! You won't be disappointed!

Stopped by here on the recommendation of a friend. Well worth it! So many stores in the area have stuff that isn't really locally crafted but this place is the real deal. Homemade baked goods that are great (fry pies are just such an awesome treat and come in tons of flavors!) locally made toys, leather goods and weaving. They... More

The baked goods were awesome. They have the biggest, tastiest cream sticks. They are a must try, also the best apple cider. They do have puppies for sale but I don't know for sure if it is a puppy mill or not. Puppies appeared healthy and happy.
