Amazing service, excellent drinks, fabulous food!! Great Happy Hour & lunch! When my parents come to visit from out of town they request to come eat here! Bonus, in summer there is an outdoor patio!! :)

The food is excellent quality, but be prepared to either shell out a lot of money or go home hungry. I can't stand it when I come home from a restaurant and have to open the fridge to see that else there is to eat.
I had something with "roasted vegetables" on the side and it was more like decoration...

The ambience and the service are excellent. The bread, the penne and beef are all excellent as well. I just wish that they would expand the menu a little. After a few visits I have to (reluctantly) admit that the menu is getting a little boring.
It is so hard to find a good restaurant in Beaverton. To satisfy our culinary quests, we almost always need to travel to SE, NE or N Portland. The Westside of Portland is a dessert for good eats. Mingo is one of the the few bright spots. This is a small Italian restaurant in the heart of Beaverton and serves...

My love and I visited Cafe Mingo after reading Tripadvisor and Open Table reviews. It didn't disappoint; although there were plenty of bugs that joined us for dinner. The cuisine was authentic...hearty and good plus the wine was robust and enjoyable. Definitely worth a first or even a second visit!
Really tasty entrees and very fresh bread to dip in lovely olive oil. May sound odd, but I find fresh, quality bread a good indicator of how much a restaurant cares about the little details. The food and wine selection here are both pretty good. Service was good the few times I visited. However, for some reason the acoustics of this restaurant are appalling. It is extraordinarily difficult to conduct a conversation here between 2 people sitting fairly close. For a group it is nigh on impossible. Bad enough that this has stopped me from...

My wife and I have gone to Mingo's about once a month for the last five years. We have never been disappointed. The food is always fresh, tasty, and the service is terrific. They always have a few specials that we try often and are always satisfied. Try eating there and you will go back time and time again.
We love Mingo West and eat here often. Last night we celebrated an anniversary and, as usual, had superior service and delicious food! The red snapper Fall menu dish was amazing and the rocotta cheesecake with cherries was excellent. And, of course, the Mingo drop cocktail is a favorite!
I had the opportunity to have a solo dinner at Mingo during a recent visit to the Portland area. The menu was simple, but the food was well-prepared and flavourful. Add a delightful bottle of Oregon Pinot Noir (which I could not finish and was allowed to take home) and outstanding, attentive service, it was a very delightful experience. A...
