Roadhouse used to be one of our favorite guilty pleasures. They used to have fresh rolls with the best honey butter. Our last trip was a big disappointment. The rolls were stale, the butter bland and I had probably the worst steak I have ever been served at a restaurant. I ordered the tri tip and it was super tough... More

Arriving late in Gresham we wanted a quick and easy bite to eat at somewhere still open. Here we got good value, large portions of tasty food. Although we are late there were still plenty of people dining and there was a pleasant atmosphere and staff we helpful and friendly.

Having just returned from a trip down south and visiting the Texas Roadhouse I went into the Roadhouse Grill hoping to find a similar experience. While there are definitely some similarities the quality of food is not equal. Like the Texas Roadhouse the fun aspect has to be the peanuts that are brought to your table. You shuck them and... Food was good, server forgot things in our party of 6 so we had to have items removed from check and drink refills were not handled quickly or remembered by servers. That was fine. A lot of Birthdays going on with songs this evening. Food is good, priced right but it is a very loud atmosphere, very loud. There was... More

We spent the day touring and hiking the Columbia Gorge loop. We were too hungry to wait to go back to Portland for dinner, and found the Roadhouse Grill. Great prime rib, shrimp and steaks. Don't get me started on the rooms. Yummy! Great, friendly service capped it all.

Very good prime rib and excellent service. Noise level a little high, but food is worth it. The rolls and honey butter are to die for!!!!

Service was average, but the food was great. They were busy but the food got to us quite timely. I will go there again.

Keeping in mind that I am a frugal old man and the fact that I generally have to drive 40 miles plus (one way) to find something we would consider taking it up a notch from our normal local fare ... I believe I am a little harder to impress than most folks! I was told that The Grill was... More

We used to be regulars, but a few years ago the economy must have caught up with them. The steaks got cheaper, tougher, fattier, smaller. The overall food product quality dropped. The service depends entirely on who you get. At least they finally quit charging extra to make one of your 2 sides be a salad. That was ridiculous. On... More
