We can in based to TA reviews and were not disappointed. Mom loved the chowder, great salad, amazing salmon and duck. Ding dong was fair; heavenly creme with caramel sauce.

I always enjoy an excellent meal here. This time I had clam chowder - thick but tasty - and pasta with smoked salmon - very rich but also very tasty. Wife enjoyed pork loin, and friends had salmon and rockfish, all well prepared. Regrettably, the reservation process doesn't assure prompt seating. We were ten minutes early and waited twenty minutes,...

My husband and I have always loved the Blackfish Cafe! He discovered it about six years ago, and every time we visit the coast it's one of our must stop places for food. It is the best actually! This particular visit we were celebrating our 12th anniversary, kid free! We both ordered the skillet roasted salmon with the blue cheese...

We waited about 30 minutes for a lunch table. A few people left while we were waiting. We were surprised when they finally seated us to find the restaurant only about half full. When we left, others were waiting even though there were several empty tables the whole time we were there. Maybe that is how they manage understaffing? The...

Sorry but a little underwhelmed! It was recommended by friends, so my husband and I went there for my birthday. My salmon was way undercooked and my husband's steak was so full of gristle that it was very hard to chew and some had to go to waste. That being said, the rest of the dinner was good and they...

We spent four nights in Lincoln City and went to the Blackfish Cafe twice. The food was by far the best we found in the area. The Cioppino (sp?) was absoultely fantastic as was the swordfish. So good that we ordered the same thing both nights.
Service is a little slow only because they are so busy but the staff...

We were very pleasantly surprised to dine here while on a trip to the Oregon coast. The first dinner was tasty from appetizers to dessert. The pleasant and attentive service brought us back for a second night. Even on a Sunday & Monday night in Lincoln City reservations might be a good idea.
Judging by the external appearance and with Cafe in the name I would figured it was just that a cafe not a place to go for our33rd anniversary. fortunately I read some reviews and looked at the Blackfish Cafe website before we drove here for the weekend.
The food was great. Very flavorful and not too thin broth with my...

The Blackfish Cafe doesn't look like what it is, which is a gem. The prices might make you gulp when you first sit down and look at the menu, but trust me, it's very reasonably priced.
What you get is food magic. Nothing on the menu is less than 4 stars. The sauces are delicate but make all of your...

Should have run when I got a stale, slightly off and going flat beer. I know it's a wine place but carry bottles then if your beer lines are never changed. Chowder was ok, not great. Scallops were tasty but rissotto was pasty and dry, reheated, whole meal slightly off. Husbands potaotes were bland, and overall oily meals for both...
