This is a small, rather casual restaurant in a residential neighborhood. The menu is very short: may be five appetizers, hot appetizers, entrees, desserts each. But everything we ordered was a culinary masterpiece. Big warm shrimps were served with lentil garnish and curry sauce, surprising and wonderful combination. Sturgeon tasted as if it jumped on the grill from the river... More

A real surprise with good food and very friendly service. Quite a small restaurant with a warm atmosphere. Definitely will return on next trip.

Went with a large group. Service a little slow but friendly. Drinks decent. I had the Cioppino (a seafood stew) which actually was the least good of all of all our dishes due to too much cinnamon (or some other strong spice). My son had lamb medallions which were great. All the food high quality for the most part. Nice... More

Based largely on TripAdvisor reviews, I elected to visit Cabezon for dinner one recent Saturday evening. This restaurant was well-patronized. I was seated outdoors, in front of the building which, on the spring evening, was fine. Cabezon's cioppino was ordered, together with a glass of Washington State wine. While the meal was fine and quite tasty, I thought the quantity... More

The location is tucked away just off Sandy Blvd. There is a small seating area but we were seated immediately. There is also seating outside. The menu was limited but we found plenty of appealing choices. We did a tasting menu. We ordered appetizers, soup and dessert instead of one of the four dinner options. The asparagus soup tasted so... More

I was reluctant to order cioppino, which was my father's specialty which he learned to cook in San Francisco during World War 1. However, I did order it and I can say it was the best I have eaten since the last time he cooked it in 1970. To my delight it was absolutely authentic and wonderful. I loved this... More

I picked this restaurant this based on online reviews (TA and others) since I was looking to branch out a bit from our usual list of eatery's. I was a bit skeptical based on the location which is an area best known for the Reinlander, banks and gas stations (OK we live on the west side of PDX); my wife... More

Small, nice and modern looking place. Food is great, the seafood ciopino was delicious, wine selection is extensive and service is excellent. Seafood here is a most!

The papardelle with ragu hits the spot. When I wasn't sneaking a bite off of the others' dishes, I was contending with a very enjoyable filo, feta and spinach tart with a serving of nicely prepared cod. The servings were deceiving, appearing to be too little at first and promising to be exactly the right portion for each in our... More

Our group had a great meal at this seafood orientated place. The service was good and the wine selection better. It should also be noted thay have good lamb and steak entrees. The only down side was the appetizer selection and the parking can be challenging in that neighborhood.
