Without a doubt one of my favorite restaurants globally, and certainly the best Peruvian food outside of Peru. For the first time I had lunch here, which I now prefer because it is less noisy than in the evenings. Still packed, but a different crowd I guess. There is a great variety of authentic food, all portions being of a... More

I took a large work party back to Andina for a buainess dinner, and it was a fabulous dining experience! For the table we ordered the quinoa salad, grilled asparagus and a quiona stuffed pepper. Then the filet mignon dinner entrée and the scallops entrée special. All of our meals were fantastic!

We are from out of town and every time we get to make a trip to, or through, Portland we arrange our schedule so we can have lunch at Andina. Andina serves Peruvian food, which seems like a blend of Mexican, Japanese and Californian cuisine. Everything we had was exceptional, for two of us we had 5 small plates: Piquillo... More

I almost did not add this review because after reading the reviews...what to say? Well, we had ten people and were able to get a private room. It was really nice, because its a very loud restaurant ( happy people get loud) but in the private room we were all able to converse with more than just the person right... More

My wife and I came here for our anniversary. Incredible food. The best scallops I've ever had. Don't miss this great restaurant in a great neighborhood in Portland.

Went to Andina in April 2013 for happy hour. I've been there previously for dinner a few times and enjoyed it. Happy hour was perfect. They opened the downstairs which is usually used for private parties and it's such a great, intimate atmosphere. The happy hour plates are perfect to share with another person. We ordered 5 plates and were... More

We quite simply had the best meal we've had in years at our first trip to Andina in late April 2013. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was thoroughly versed on every item on the menu, including its ingredients, preparation, and cultural provenance. The wine selection was amazing, and the quality of the food, incredible. The ceviche, in particular, was... More

Excellent cocktail menu (Pisco Sours are delish) Small plates is a great way to try all that Andina has to offer. The "small" is small but each bite is bursting with flavor. The avocado stuffed with crab an shrimp is wonderful as are the signature stuffed Piquillo Peppers. Good service too.

I spent a couple months in Peru nearly 20 years ago, and the memory of the wonderful meals I shared with Peruvian families is vivid. A trip to Andina while in Portland gave me the chance to revisit some of my favorite dishes -- and WOW! -- the meal was fabulous. The ceviche soared. The causa was delightful. And the... More
