Really nice, sort of old fashioned, breakfast. Great older building and restaurant. All good ordinary breakfast plus some really good specials. Service is excellent and informal. Will go again!

This is great breakfast food. I've been there a few times and always had the same young blonde waitress. I don't know her name but she's not good. It takes forever to get food from her and she doesn't check back or refill drinks at all. It shouldn't take an hour to eat breakfast. That's the only reason I give...

Diener's. One of the best breakfast restaurants I've ever been to. They also have good lunches Monday-Friday. My wife and I have a condo in Florida and, when we go out for breakfast (which is quite often), we always use Diener's as the measuring stick. No place has ever made it to their standards. Fast, friendly service. Wonderful, and creative,...

Breakfast with a friend. Not too busy for a Saturday morning, did not have to wait for a table. Server was prompt and attentive. Food came out quickly, all very good. Nice small setting but they do have an area a larger group can sit in. Also a counter if you like to eat that way.
Sorry, but I was not impressed. Stopped for breakfast and they serve large portions and the service was friendly, but.
The cons were: It was a 15 minute wait for a tiny cramped table, it took a while to get our breakfast. The hash browns were only slightly warm and my sausage & cheese omelet had very little taste to it....

Small, local eatery. Good selection of items, most priced around $6 -$7 or so. Food quality was great, and service was good as well. (we went when they opened at 7 on a Sat, so they weren't too busy)
Deiners in Mechanicsburg was the 1st restaurant my husband was taking to in 1991 when he was transferred here from Philadelphia.
We have breakfast there every Saturday unless we are out of town.
The owners Linda & Scott are very nice, & have their 2 daughters working there also.
Very nice atmosphere, blackboard specials throughtout the week, food is outstanding,...

I've only had breakfast here, but it's been excellent each time. Many selections, some of which are unique. The sticky-bun French toast is a trademark dish, and delicious. Very popular with the local crowd, so expect a little bit of a wait on the weekends. If you're from out of town, it's a great place to get some local flavor.
Was in town for a wedding, and saw this restaurant on line with great reviews. We had great food and great service. A very cute little place. I would recommend it highly.
My wife and I recently stopped in for breakfast. Wow! Next time I am in the area, I will go again.
The decor is very pleasant, the staff is great, and the food was, well, yummy.
my wife fell in love with the old time feel of the place. Lots of pictures of "old" Mechanicsburg to look at, with a...
