We vacation around Charleston, SC every year and we are always on the lookout for good food in the area. There sure isn't a shortage of fabulous restaurants in "Chuck Town". On this particular trip we were searching for a really good lunch spot. I had some dietary restrictions and couldn't seem to find any place on our entire trip... More

This busy little restaurant lived up to its positive reviews. It has several vegetarian options, and the downloadable menu appears to be current as of last week. I ordered the garden burger, which was made from scratch and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean, service was fast and efficient, so it was easy to enjoy the fantastic food.

Great soup and sandwich or salad place. We went for lunch and noticed on the menu you could "sample" the soups. Three small cups for one price. They had seven soups on the special board so my wife and I got six different soups and split a portobello cheeseburger. Soups were excellent as was the sandwich. Vegan friendly and many... More

I got food poisoning from this place. I will admit I used to eat here twice a week. I don't know what's going on with the food lately but it's not fresh. My salad had a fishy smell to it and tasted awful. I have looked inside the kitchen and it also looks very dirty. The whole restaurant is very... More

I deeply regret your terrible experience, and am so sorry for the food you received. I also appreciate your loyalty over the years. If there is any way that you could call me to discuss, and let me see what I could do for you. 843-345-4683 More

Not in the "south of Broad" tourist area. Highly recommend for exquisite food and reasonable prices. Chk the daily specials. Good neighborhood place.

We were a party of 6 women that just came across this place by accident. It was such a great find that I intend to eat there each time I visit Charleston! The wait staff were all wonderful and the food was excellent! Three of us had the Eggplant Fritter salad....it was fantastic! Everything was fresh, place was clean. Each... More

There is no doubt you will receive a delicious meal at this restaurant. Our family of four each ordered a different dish and was very happy with their orders. That being said, we were there on a Tuesday evening for dinner and it appeared the kitchen was overwhelmed. Why? Because two of the four selections were delivered cold! From comments... More

We discovered this place on the recommendation of an acquaintance from Myrtle Beach who comes to Charleston a lot. Later, we were told this is a local favorite. The restaurant did not disappoint. It is not really a "fine dining" experience, but the food is very good and the service very good as well. My wife enjoyed her portabella mushroom... More

I went here for lunch strictly for the peanut butter pie. I figured I would enjoy the lunch too but save room for dessert. It’s a very casual place with tables up front and a community table in the back. The server was very nice and helpful, once I was able to grab her. She didn’t just come to the... More
