We went here four times during our week vacation on Isle of Palms and every time it was delicious and the service was great. It's a smaller place, so either get there earlier or be prepared to wait, especially on the weekends (but it's well worth the wait). Definitely try one of their omelets and/or the biscuits and gravy. After reading great reviews, we decided to try it. It's a very small place. We arrived at about 10am on a Friday for breakfast and waited about 20 minutes outside. It was well worth the wait. As we were waiting, we met a couple who were locals who went there all the time and raved about their food. My husband... More

We usually just eat on the cheap for breakfast with cereal in the hotel room, but we splurged this time and enjoyed the large fluffy biscuits with bacon, ham, and sausage. Not cheap but worth it to get that southern taste.

This is where we take all of our guests. Everyone is so nice and the food is excellent. Shrimp and Grits are the best in town.

Great spot close to the ocean for breakfast ! Probably my favorite spot in the Charleston area. This was our first time here and we will be back. Service was great as well as the food. The only con was it's a very small building so their is usually a wait.

This is a breakfast and lunch place. Google has hours of operation wrong. It is open from 6:30 to 2:30. Be sure to bring cash or a check as they do not take credit cards. Food was simply amazing. I had tomato pie and my son has tacos. Simply yummy. We both had key lime pie. Others around us also... More

While I was too late to sample breakfast on this trip, lunch was a delight as well. I enjoyed a well flavored and full of spinach vegetable panini. It was excellent, probably the best I have ever had. Sea Biscuit is an intimate little cottage type restaurant that's easy to find, wonderful food and so far one of the best... More

The story is that there's a guy that tastes the biscuits daily. Well he did good. They were great. We went later on a Saturday morning and waited about 20 minutes. Not too bad. I'd go there again before Toast. It is not downtown Charlston but on the Isle of Palm.

If you're a plain jane like me and order just a regular sausage biscuit, then you more than likely won't be impressed. I was in a biscuit kind of mood the morning we went but after seeing everyone else's delicious looking plates, I immediately regretted my decision. The fresh fruit looked amazing. Other than the tiny tiny location, this restaurant... More

This was a good breakfast place, a bit expensive but the portions were good. Be prepared to wait a long time for a table. They only serve breakfast on the weekends.
