I am from New Orleans, the Chef is from the Northshore above Lake Pontchartrain. He knows what he is doing. Trust me, Easy Bistro is my Louisiana Oasis in Chattanooga!

Busy bistro, lots of locals, excellent food. Our waiter made great recommendations on the food, but especially so on the wine. Five stars for Food, five stars for Service, three stars for Ambiance. Be sure to make a reservation on the weekends.

We stopped by Easy Bistro prior to going to the Lookouts. Food, service, and environment were all awesome. We had the mussels and frites and we thought we were in Brussels! We'll be back!
