Slow service, order was incorrect, and although manager offered to correct it, there was no apology and had to wait another 15-20 minutes for it to come back tot he table.

The food was dry and tastless! The service was terrible! I was disappointed. Dirty, too! The atmosphere was fine, but all in all, it wasn't a good experience.

Chili's has very good food for a chain, and the service is adequate. We usually enjoy the Presidente margaritas, the equivalent of two.
