Delicious pad thai there. For those not familiar with the spicy scale, you need to order zero or one. These are equivalent to what most Americans consider 'mild' and 'hot'.
We ate there last weekend. If I reviewed my meal from this last visit I would have given only 3 points but the food has been better during past visits and my husband loved his food. I had chicken curry. The chicken was tough and rubbery this time. The same dish has been wonderful several times prior. My husband had... More
I know what a title right. Let me explain. This is a real Thai place. It is very authentic. They serve nothing but Thai. They are straight up about it too. See the picture of their sign that is pinned in multiple places around the cashier station. "All Sales Are Final. We cook Thai food. If you do not EAT... More
Nothing exciting. Food was okay. Poor A/C made it a little uncomfortable. The server was very friendly and took good care. I would eat here again but I would not go out of my way to get there.
I have been going here for about a year or so. At least twice a week I have pad see ew and tom kha soup with a thai iced tea. Great service, mom and pop feel. they are always excited to see you. I would much rather spend my money somewhere that people appreciate my business. The fried rice and... More
This is my place to sneak away since the wife only likes to eat pale american food. I love the Yellow Curry, though DO NOT order hotter than 4 out of 5. Seriously. Also, the kids love the pad thai which is flavorful and comes as a huge mound, enough for 2 hungry adults. If you want dessert, I recommend... More
The coconut soup with chicken is my fave thing! I pour it over some of their Jasmine rice and I am in heaven. The service is a bit on the slow side, but that is because they are making it frsh from scratch! This is a family owned business and they are such nice people...and great chefs as well!
This is my go-to weekend Asian restaurant - limited to the weekend only because its a bit too far for weekdays. I love the food. Fantastic green papaya salad (my main lackmus tests for Thai restaurants), the soups, the curries. I actually usually order a second entree to take home as monday lunch. And service is usually very good, its... More
Love the laid back atmosphere. They r very sweet to children and it makes a very enjoyable meal.
I rate Thai restaurants by one food. I know it's limited but it's a indicator of how capable they are. The food I always get is the Tom Yum Gai and Tom Kha Gai. Baan Thai has been the best tasting soup I had in North Texas so far.
