Extremely good and friendly service. Wine and food were very good as we're the cocktails before dinner. Would definitely eat here again when in Longview

We ate there after a long day sitting with family at the local hospital. We were tired and wanted a quiet diviner. Our waitress understood our situation and was both very helpful and efficient in her service. My wife and I had the combo petite filet and lobster tail. The steak was tender cooked to order (one medium rare and... More

It's just a great place to go and have a great steak. Service is always great and my family and I always have a good time.

We have always found Outback consistently reliable until this visit. Admittedly we arrived at 7.15 on a Saturday but as restauranteurs of over 30 years we know that it's no surprise that you get slammed on a weekend and so you have your A team on and make sure there is good supervision. None of this was happening here. We... More

The last two times we ate their our steaks were salty and tough. We started going down the street to Texas Roadhouse and our steaks were just right. We won't go back to Outback.

We started with a blooming onion. It was already cold when it got to our table and soggy with grease. Victorious fillet was full of gristle. Baked potato was not fully cooked and hard. Our food was actually delivered by the manager because we had already complained about the onion. He asked, "who had the fillet with wo baked potatoes".?... More

I eat there regularly because it's a block from the hotel where I usually stay when working in Longview. The service in the bar is outstanding. Ask for Robert.

My dinner was HORRIBLE! I was in Longview on business and ordered take out tonight (6/20)and selected the filet and lobster combo. The filet was a mass of grissle and the lobster was overcooked and tough. My hotel was only two minutes away, but by the time I got to my room the steak and lobster were stone cold. A... More

Normally Outbacks have great service, good food. Not the one in Longview. The waitress was incompetent. She spent the majority of her time pandering to a nearby table. While taking my order, she physically turned around to their table to check on their drinks. WHILE I WAS SPEAKING! Steak was hellish, 95% fat, no joke. Bread, margarita and salad were... More
