This is a great place to eat. There food is always fresh and very yummy. Sometimes there can be a wait but it is worth it.
Huisache has been around New Braunfels for a long time and they continue to be a staple for a nice meal in this area. They have the standard fare, which is always some of the best around, but also offer up some harder to find, even exotic dishes such as duck and quail from time to time. It can get...

Unique restaurant in a grouping of antique store and shops. Went with a group of 10 and they seated us together and had a table waiting even though they do not take reservations. We had called ahead to give them warning.

A wonderful little restaurant tucked away in this city offering a delightful menu and fine wine selections. Nice decor and sitting areas. Suggest you sit outside on the patio or in the "Front Room" as the passing trains (you are next to a working railroad) are quite loud at times.

A quiet, relaxing and delicious restaurant tucked away in downtown New Braunfels. We stopped to rest and refuel during the Wein and Sangerfest taking place downtown last Saturday. The service was excellent and we enjoyed a good meal. My favorite was the shrimp cocktail appetizer...not like any shrimp cocktail I've had before. It tasted a bit like ceviche.

Who knew a cold front would blow in on our first visit to this quaint spot tucked neatly into a alley in May? Huisache was ready for it! We were seated right in front of the fireplace and then attended to right away. The California sandwich was a bevy of veggies nestled between two slices of homemade bread and slathered...

3rd visit. Restaurant is 50 miles from home. Great food, does not disappoint. Easy ride from Interstate 35. Salads are wonderful as are everything we have ever ordered.
