Went here for their champagne brunch and quantity was good but quality was poor. The manager seemed to enjoy belittling his waiters in front of guests which I thought was in poor taste. just like the food.

Food was overpriced, staff was unattentive. A man who appeared to be a manager was yelling at a waiter. Hotel seemed okay but do not go to the restaurant.
The food is excellent. The view at sunset is spectacular, but it is very, very busy and does not accept reservations, which is a drawback for us in such higher class restaurant. We were there on Valentine's Day and were told we would wait 1-1/2 hours, but were in 40 minutes later...no big deal. We enjoyed sitting on the deck...

Great water views and well-priced winter Texan specials. Valentines Dinner @$24/pp for 5 courses was delightful, with chocolate and coffee station at the end. Good Asian salmon sandwich and hamburger also.
We went and were seated promptly, were given water and waited..... finally the waiter came and after discovering a very limited beer menu opted to stick to the water, but asked for some lemon and we would have the pasta buffet. We waited and waited still no lemon finally went to the pasta bar good job I didn't blink... I...

We have been brunching at this restaurant at least twice a year for the last 8 years. Before it became the Pearl it was the Sheraton. We love the ambience, a cool, clean look and a wonderful view of the beach.
The choice of food is outstanding, made to order omelets, waffles with cream and fresh strawberries, pasta, carving Stations,...

A good breakfast but a bit expensive. The setting is very nice either indoor or out on the deck. Don't get the hotel breakfast voucher unless you are there on a weekend when the buffet is available. Otherwise on a weekday you pay $13 for a $10 menue item.
The Americano Breakfast was included in our package, & it was awesome, they made my omelette, & waffle right in front of me, & it was DELICIOUS**
If you enjoy seafood than this is the place to be on Friday night! They have a little bit of everything. It is a little pricey but well worth it if you have a big appetite. Great dessert choices and banana foster made for you while you wait.
My husband and I came here for a late brunch and it was convenient for us since we were staying at the Pearl (the hotel it's located within). We were seated promptly and waited for our waiter. About 5minutes after being seated, our waiter showed up. We ordered our food (turkey club and fish taco) immediately b/c we were starved...
