Four couples went here on a recent weekend. We all ordered different pizzas, but were not impressed. There was not enough sauce nor cheese to give it some taste. Would not go back!

If you are looking for great pizza, this is the place for you. The fresh ingredients and cheeses set Brewster's ahead of all the other local pizza places. The availability of gluten-free crusts are an added bonus. Although they have limited hours, it is worth the wait for them to open. In warmer weather, enjoying a fresh baked pizza while...

I came to Brewster's because my dining companion likes their gluten-free crust. I had just a simple pie with mushrooms and she had the 14" GF crust with tons of toppings! You choose a table, order at the counter and purchase beer tickets if you want them. Walk to the adjoining bar and grab one of the Wimberley Brewing Company...

Yes, it is a pizza place, not salad bar. You can make your pizza from scratch, chose bread ( including gluten free), type of sauce and toppings. I would greatly recommend wheat crust, white sauce is delicious. Large sitting area, great for friends in town gathering, in and out. Brewing bear is an extra, dark ales are very good, but...

This is a real family oriented place, in fact it is staffed by the large family of the couple that own the restaurant. The pizza is average. If you would like a salad, this is not the place. The idea of a family running a pizza place with all 13 kids doing the cooking , order taking etc. seems sweet but is it really? The dinning room is in such need of a good cleaning and major face lift and repair. If the dinning area looks this unappealing what must the kitchen look like? There is so much...

Great service, food, drink and company. We travel to Wimberly every year just to eat at Brewster's Pizza. The Collie family goes out of there way to make sure guests are taken care of.
It's pretty rare to see an ex-NFL player manning the bar at a small, roadside restaurant in rural Texas. Couple that with microbrew, and you'll see what makes Brewster's such a unique experience. Outside of legendary barbeque, small towns in Texas can be hit or miss on dining, with food usually being either haute-couture or basic buffet. Brewster's is located...

This is a must stop, when we visit. We enjoy the friendly atmosphere, great draft beer and pizza. If you get the chance, ask the owner serving in the bar about his beer brewing and fantastic football career. He has an amazing life story.
