Imagine giant, warm popovers, fresh fruit, sausages (including chicken) done so the outside is crisp but the inside is not only full of flavor, but soft. All your favorite breakfast items cooked just right. Lunch includes large salads, wraps, tortillas, sandwiches. Both lunch and dinner have veteran ntrees. Coffee is excellent, hot and served in large mugs. Wooden floors are... More

Mirabelles makes the best cakes in Vermont. It is like being transported to a bakery in Paris without the long plane ride. They make a great lunch and breakfast as well. Check it out

Allison, the owner/chief is almost always there and when the owner is there, things just go right. You won't go wrong having one of their specialty breakfasts of lunches. Or, just soup with fresh baked french bread. Do look in the display cases at the cakes and other patisserie goodies but wait until after your meal. Always interesting items on... More

On Main Street in downtown Burlington, Vt., this is a small, bustling restaurant with great food! Quick service from friendly waitstaff is nice. The menu is varied. Plating is visually attractive, but the food is delicious is well. I had a bowl of freshly made split pea soup with a baguette......plenty for lunch! Then a small pastry of your choice... More

For my mother's 80th Birthday they made us a special Tiramisu for a party, it was absolutely heavenly! My mother was so happy, as it is her favorite dessert. Thank you for the wonderful quality.

My son and I had a lovely breakfast here. I had the brioche french toast with a side of sausage and my son had the No. 2 breakfast with a side of popovers. The french was nicely cooked and tender served with real maple syrup. To drink I had hot tea and he had french hot chocolate which means really... More

The carrot and ginger soup and grilled cheese (smoked cheddar) were excellent! The service was great, too - especially considering the busy brunch crowd. Pastries from the bakery were a nice after-lunch treat.

Mirabelle's has been around for a long time. You'll see plenty of locals having coffee, breakfast, brunch or lunch. We've learned to rely on the great food and good service.

Right off Church Street and next to Muddy Waters is this little cafe-like restaurant. Small but packed, with good breakfast choices on a Sunday morning. Not overly crowded and with a reasonable wait time (vs other places). Nice choices and very accommodating to create a meal for me with my food allergies. The food was good to very good. It's... More
