This place is wonderful locals hang out. Want a ski tip, you should go here...Killington instructor always around and willing to give a tip and maybe even a powder stash location if you buy a round. This is a wonderful place and the popcorn is great with the beer. The food here is good and priced well. As for a... More

Dropped into Charity's for a quick visit since we had to wait an hour for the next bus. Goog half priced apps but no discounts on drinks.our server was very pleasant and her services was excellent. When I asked her which Bourbons they had she appeared stumped and named several non-Bourbons. Then she surprised me with,"0h, we also have Knob... More

We went to Charity's Tavern on a Friday late afternoon. We were seated quickly by a very friendly waitress. She was helpful in recommending things to see and talked freely about the area. We ordered a burger and clam chowder. Both were very good. I loved the Clam Chowder. The soup was thick, hot and filling with many of clams.... More

We tried this restaurant one night and was not pleased we had the rotisserie chicken which is one of there signature dishes it was dry under cooked and had very little flavor. The food in this place was very expensive for what you got not worth the money.

in fairness, we were there on a Sat evening. we were seated fairly quick for a busy night, but waitress was overwelmed when detailed questions were asked about the food. And when a special request was made, we were first told no, but then that it was up to the chef to decide. We waited almost an hour for our... More

So we went to a "better" place on trip advisor and were disappointed. I wish we came here! Drinks, apps, food, atmosphere way better! Prices more reasonable on kids menu. We relaxed as parents and ate well. You are going to pay more for wise up here.. But the food was great! Tuna tacos were spot on.. Ribs great.. Kids... More

Had not been here for a few years. Food is good for a bar food type restaurant. Beer selection is excellent. Atmosphere is cool. Had the Mahi special, which was tasty. Salads were also good.

My family and I visited Charity's Tavern on Valentine's Day 2013. We must have arrived somewhat early; there was a nice crowd at the bar but the dining room was empty. The beers were nice and cold; I had a 'Chalice' of Long Trail Ale. My wife had Charity's Pot Roast and I had the Vegetable Stir Fry...both were excellent!... More

We went there last Saturday after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. We wanted a decent burger and fries and a good selection of beer. The 2 of us arrived at about 7.30PM and were told it would be about 30-40 minutes so we had a beer in the bar, the bar service was excellent - it was very busy but the... More
