Although we'd heard about the long wait times, we tried the Pot Belly in downtown Ludlow and enjoyed it. We had good service and didn't have to wait to be seated. The food was well prepared as were our mixed drinks. Beer selection was adequate but nothing fabulous. We would definately go back

Great location, average food, nice interior, but clean and available. Easy to get to, in the middle of downtown Ludlow, Vermont. Food is typical and atmosphere is nice.

Great bar and food. Staff is courteous and very friendly. A great family restaurant. Food is reasonably priced.

we were treated very well at the pot belly and were welcomed warmly! this place has a lot of comforting flair...rustic and warm...the bartender melody was very friendly and accommodating. some regulars made us feel like we were at cheers! we shared a sandwich, which was excellent, and would definitely come back again.

Arrived at 6:30. Left at 8:00. Appetizers never arrived. Two dinners out of seven arrived. Not edible. Waitress was new. NOT her fault at all. Manager was a jerk. Charged us for drinks and then some. Said he was going to charge the waitress if we did not pay.....really??? The kitchen and management failed....not the waitress. Been in the restaurant... More

My husband & I have visited this establishment twice in 2 months. We sat at the bar both times because it was quite busy & we didn't want to wait for a table, but we enjoy eating casually at the bar. We had a very good meal here the last weekend of January, 2013. The price seemed fair, and the food was quite good. It was an easy walk from the Governor's Inn, where we stayed, so it worked for us.

We came back to the Pot Belly after about 10 years and it is still reasonable and good. I'm actually giving it the same rating as Jackson Gore's Coleman Brook Tavern, because you don't come here for the same kind of food and, for what you come for, it's very good.
