this is an abolutely excellent dining experience! we took a day trip up the eastern shore from Virginia Beach and this was the highlight of the trip. Whenever my Mom and think we deserve a little fancy treat in Onancock, we almost always choose Bizzotto's. The filet mignon is delicious, though we sometimes have varying opinions on the meaning of "medium rare." Well appointed bar. Nice, if not slightly overwhelmed, servers.

There are less than 5 excellent restaurants within 100 miles of the center of VA's eastern shore, and this is one of them. The steak is huge and of best quality and cooked perfectly. Great food, not your typical Eastern Shore selection of Sysco foods, thankfully. Service is a little slow.

Very good service but the soft shell crabs were not as good as I expected. Very nice historic environment w/an original tim ceiling - nice atmosphere. Appetizers were very good as were our cocktails. We weren't rushed and found the restaurant very pleasant with good food.

Surprisingly good, near great, food. Service was great. Entrees included perfectly cooked fresh greens which seem to be a little scarce in the area. Better than average selection of wine by the glass. Lots of beer choices but, like most places, all bad.
