Not only is the coffee amazing, the service is great, and the atmosphere relaxing. I could easily spend an hour here browsing through my newspaper or laptop, while sipping on the best coffee Kirkland has to offer. If you haven't tried St. James - give it a try.

I like this place. The owner is regularly there working and interacting with people. There are tables and cozy chairs to chill in. They also have free wifi.

If you are in search for a place to relax and sit down, conduct a muted business meeting, or just in for some nice baked good, S:t James is da place. I get in to this place every chance I get. The baristas all make a latte with excellent microfoam and lovely latte art. Haven't tried the sandwiches. The decor is not very appealing and it's somewhat dark in there. But the COFFEE! MMmmmmm.

Found it today on a walk- will be back, and soon. Noticed really nice staff. Unhurried service. Looks like a great place to socialize. Warm ambiance. Great to have in the neighborhood! Didn't have food, so can't comment, but looked yummy. Liked the magazine selection since I was alone. Latte was excellent.

I really don't know how they do it, but as much as I like my Starbucks cappuccino, these guys always manage to do better. If only they restocked on the Maple Spice flavor.

Another coffee place in Kirkland? But this one is worth the trek up Kirkland Ave! My husband and I go here for date nights - they have games, TV's and good socializing. Dogs are everywhere in their logo, but don't bring yours.

I went to St James Expresso for the first time! Great place to relax and enjoy a splendid cup of coffee! I highly recommend you visit!
