Where we come from we have a decent coffee house, but nothing like this. We weren't sure which variety to order, so our server asked about our tastes and made a recommendation. Then he ground the beans and brewed our selections one cup at a time with precise times and water temperature. The flavor was simply amazing!

This is a little spot but big in quality! I like going there and seeing locals gathered for talk and a cuppa. An independent business which has also opened up a Westside location! Enjoyed a cuppa in Port Townsend from Olympia Coffee Roasting Co.!

Just had an awesome mocha at this place. Artfully made and great service. Hard to find a place to sit, its pretty popular! Not too much food to choose from...I didnt try any. But overall a great place!

No coffee is better than Olympia Coffee Roasting. Picked up some Costa Rica beans today - wow. Friendly people who are attentive to details.

We are blessed in Olympia with some fine coffee companies. I think fresh makes all the difference. The coffee here is always excellent, order any kind you like and it will be great. The goodies are good too, but let's face it, good treats are easy to find. good coffee isn't.
