Chef Xinh is a master of Pan-Asian cooking and uses the freshest ingredients including seafood from Taylor United which owns the restaurant. Her tamarind sauce is worth the drive all by itself! Services well-paced and friendly, but not hovering. This is one of our favorites for special occasions of all types-even if we have to make one up!

Best fried oysters ever. And Xinh is a wonderful women and she is so nice. Comes out to visit. I have tried other things and they were good too but the oysters and oyster stew is the best.

We made the drive from Olympia because of press restaurant received. Nothing notable in Shelton except this non-descript restaurant. Food is fresh with lotts of sea food choices. Atmosphere is basic. I only eat shellfish if extremely fresh and this is their reputation. We made it agin late afternoon drive with friends.
