My husband and I took his Mom there for Mother's Day dinner and we were all in love with our meals. Mom is very picky and often critical in restaurants and she had not one complaint with her meal of Tenderloin Medalians. I had grilled MongChong fish on a bed of asparagus and quinoa salad (all gluten free) and my... More

We celebrated our birthdays with a wonderful dinner out. The Ceviche was great but the Plantain Chips were bland We both had the Lomo (Tenderlion) which were outstanding. Service was great.

We ate dinner at Asado and were not disappointed - it is a casual restaurant, with Argentinian décor with a western flair. The steaks were very flavorful, the lamb/beef appetizers were wonderful, and the cobbler dessert was a delight. Very good service - we were seated promptly, and our waitress was attentive and helpful. Highly recommend reservations as this is... More

I've heard a lot of great thing about this place and I finally tired it out for myself. I was very surprised it lived up to all the hype. It was excellent. The service was great aside from the hostess who was flighty. We tired several items from the menu and was impress by the flavors the food had. Very... More

We stopped here after hearing great reviews of the food and were not disappointed. Asado lived up to the recommendation that was given to us. We were luckily seated immediately (we didn't have reservations - not a good idea by the way) and the service was perfect. The waiter made food and beverage recommendations that pleased both my husband and... More

I have spent a lot of time in South America and it is rare to find in North America a restaurant that can claim the great cuisine and wines of Argentina. This restaurant does it, with tables spilliing outside on a sunny day, great service, and portion size and seasonings that I know very well from my favourite restaurant in... More

I would suggest calling ahead or reserving a table online. the atmosphere is lively and the wait staff are well trained. The food was upscale and the cocktails were tasty. The steaks were flavorful and cooked to perfection. I felt as though the value was good. I am a bit of a food snob and felt very satisfied.

A reunion with friends after a transcendental Scotch-tasting function meant that good mood was the tone for the evening. We debated going with the valet parking ($5) but decided to look for parking on the street since we knew the neighborhood pretty well. Soon found a parking place and walked a block to Asado. The hostess greeted and seated us... More

Outside of El Gaucho, this has been our favorite Tacoma restaurant find. Nice, vibrant atmosphere good for a fun night out. Service was great and food was very good. You are looking at $150 for a full meal and decent bottle of wine. These days not too bad and I think the price and quality match up well. Good wine... More

Recommend reservations and valet parking. The dining was everything we had expected. Service was fast and well trained. Beyond average wine list. The steak were mouth watering with natural favor . My wife and I felt this was the best dining we had been to in years. It was a very pleasant night out.
