Bland. Can I say it any better. Bland. Typical place with big food and small quality. Not much else in Horicon and Horicon deserves a better place than this. Hungry in Horicon. Go to Chen's. Fabulous Chinese. Otherwise, drive to Mayville or over to Rollin Stone in Juneau or Walkers in Beaver Dam.

We found this restaurant during a leisurely drive around the Horicon area. There was a choice of three different restaurants and we chose Mother's Day because it appeared from the outside to be clean, inviting and a restaurant with a variety of food choices. Breakfasts' are huge, and delicious. All meals we had here were excellent. Fresh coffee and homemade pies. We took home a whole apple pie.

Have mostly eaten breakfast at this restaurant and it's always great. Friendly staff and good prices. Try the rasberry waffels, they great!

This review is based on one visit, so take that into consideration. Others with more extensive experience here may have different views.
We had lunch and found the food adequate for hungry travelers, but nothing special. I had the grilled chicken breast sandwich; my companion had the tuna salad sandwich. We both had vegetable soup.
