I loved how friendly and accommodating they were to us. The food was excellent. They recommended attractions we should visit while in town. Loved this place!

Wow! What a pleasant surprise! Went here to eat 2 night ago while in the area on business. It's small, quaint and wonderful. Turned an old house into a pizza place! Service was good...the waitress was extremely pleasant and funny. She made great recommendations as this was our first time there. Side salads were huge and homemade dressing great! Pizza...

Simply real and fantastic pizza and sauce, and dipping sauce. Real veggies with natural flavored. During your visit you are literally at home in a living room. You will be near your fellow eaters and should like that. Don't bring your aloof aunt from Beverly Hills.
Expect a family style greeting at the door and personal care from the waitress....

If you're headed to Sparta from one of the many "Rails to Trails" bike trails, be sure to stop at "Slice of Chicago" to fuel up. It's exactly what you want: no frills - tasty - PIZZA. (In a house.)

As soon as we opened the door we were greeted with the wonderful smell of garlic. We started with bread sticks which were thick, twisted peices of dough...
